Health Coaching is a trained methodology for changing behavior and attitudes to improve lifestyle choices, habits and actions for long term success. An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
 

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

The Wellness Journey

A 6 or 3 month path towards a healthier lifestyle

  • Two 60-minute sessions per month

  • Email support between sessions

  • Handouts and resources specific to your needs and goals

  • Free access to my public Workshops and Group Events

  • Individual session fee is discounted at a rate of 10% off for 6-11 session packages and 20% off for 12 or more sessions

Session frequency and number tailored to suit your individual scheduling needs and health goals

  • Each session tailored to your specific needs

  • Includes an email follow up and additional resources if required

  • Tune-ups and Check-ins: rates from a previous program will be honored for up to 4 sessions​

Single or multi-session events within private or corporate settings

  • 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions

  • Live at your location or virtually through Zoom

  • Handouts and resources provided

  • Goal setting, lifestyle management/creating balance, nutrition, detoxification, yoga, meditation, or other topics of health and wellness
